Childcare vouchers are accepted.  Some funded places available.

 

Charges are payable monthly in advance. Parents will be invoiced around the 25th of each month. All payments are due on or before the 29th of the month to cover the following months care.  Any fee unpaid by the due date will incur a 5% charge for each day of late payment.  If fees remain unpaid for up to five working days I reserve the right to refuse care.  Invoices can be paid by standing order, BACS transfer or cash. 

 

Please note, full charges still apply if a child does not attend for any reason with the only exceptions being:

 

  • My own illness or inability to mind due to training or personal circumstance, when no charge will be made.

  • Pre-arranged holiday as agreed in the terms of your contract.  With a minimum of one months notice parents may take up to ten days out per year at 50% fee to reserve their childs place.  Any days taken over and above this will be charged at normal rate.  I will take up to twenty five days annual leave per year plus statutory holidays. During these times parents will be charged at 50% fee to reserve their childs place.      

 

Extra fees will be charged for late collection of your child.  This is to deter people from taking advantage and to ensure that your child is not unnecessarily distressed. The late fee will apply immediatly after the collection time stated in your contract and will be charged at £10 for every 15 minutes or part thereof for up to 30 minutes whereupon it will be £10 for every 5 minutes or part thereof.  These extra charges will be added to the next invoice.
